[GF] Ghost can do meet and greet

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Get to work, dine out, bowling, outdoor retreat, luxury, get together, spa day, movie hang out, cats & dogs, cottage, university, eco, get famous. island living, 4 seasons, snowy escape
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a ghost, its level 3 famous, go to phone, create meet and greet event.
What happens when the bug occurs? the "pick a celebrity" option gives no celebrities to choose from
What do you expect to see? A celebrity, namely the character im playing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
i know that this has been an issue before back in 2019. and the topic says its been fixed through patches is looks like but im having the issue again

My sim is a Ghost, has 3 star fame but cant complete the meet and greet. Trying to run the event through both phone and calendar elicits the same result.
Its been happening for at least a week now, as some people said it just came good for them. Ive tried repairing the game as people said on the other post that that fixed it for them but still no luck for me.
