@caidenslife  Is this on your home lot or somewhere else ?

It should work actually. Try selecting the "Promote on Simstagram" option to attract some more customers. I suggest to not do this on your home lot, though, as Sims have to first knock on your door to be let in in order to start giving manicures/pedicures/massages or start yoga/meditation classes. If you set up your portable massage tables/chairs or yoga mats/mediation stools in venues such as spas or gyms then Sims will automatically come to you once you select the "Tend" option.

I think I might have this problem, or at least a similar one. It seems like my sims can't give massage to customers if I place the portable massage table off-lot (outside of the lot boarders), but it works if I place it on-lot. For example, if my sim goes to the Romance Festival and put the massage table down at the festival grounds the option to give massages is greyed-out and if I hover over the option it says that there are no potential customers nearby (even though there are a lot of sims at the festival), but if I put the massage table on the lot (Planet Honey-Pop in this case), next to the festival grounds, the option to give massages is available.

@caidenslife  Are you seeing the same as Katrus91 ? Did you have any luck with Arekkino suggestion ? Do you have a greyed out option or just no one coming ?
