How can we find the bug ourselves?
Delete a pre created event from the calendar such as Prank Day.
What happens when the bug occurs? The event returns next season despite being deleted dozens of times. Prank Day, Neighbourhood Brawl, TV Season Premiere, Talk Like a Pirate Day, The Lottery, Rebate Day, Skills Day all return. Only the Harvest/Winterfest can be deleted.
What do you expect to see?
I expect it to stay deleted.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?
It's just always happened since I first added the Seasons Pack.
I thought this was deliberate at first but I tried deleting Winterfest and it stayed deleted. But the others keep returning. I do not want Neighbourhood Brawl, I think it's horrible and it doesn't fit the world I've created. I have to remember to keep checking and deleting it. Plus if you cancel such events on the day...your Sim gets a sad moodlet stuck for hours like "Prank Day was awful". Rebate Day doesn't actually work in my game either so if I don't cancel that my Sim still gets a Sadness Moodlet even though I've met the requirements.
Edit: September 2024 still happens on Xbox Series X with all content installed.
