[FIXED] [GALLERY] Searching by EA-ID returns no results although there should be

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.98.127
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions and all game packs except werewolves All stuff packs except luxury party and patio stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Seqrching the gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to search in the gallery by ID name it keeps saying no results found
What do you expect to see? A search result showing the ID name I've search for
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Patch number 1.98.127.1030 (30th May 2023)

    Searching for Gallery creations by EA Account ID should return the results you were expecting

    Fixed in Patch 1.100.147/1.80

    @X_xGamefyrex_X I have had this issue a lot. I will search a gallery ID that someone shared and it's definitely right and nothing comes up. But I can try again later and it will show up. It's annoying.
    There is also new search issues since the gallery update. For example I can search by item name and insert a common lot name but in the results I will get everything even items not named like I searched by. It's been frustrating and annoying but I'm experiencing major glitches and bugs in gameplay too (no mods/cc) so I just feel like a bunch of stuff needs work. This is one of them. Try coming back in a while and see if it resolves itself.

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? growing together, high school years, cottage living, cats & dogs, seasons, city living, get to work, island living, discover university, get together, eco lifestyle, realm of magic, parenthood, dine out, spa day, jungle adventure, tiny living, laundry stuff, vintage glamour, my first pet stuff, toddler stuff, spooky stuff, luxury party
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? EA Accounts on the gallery
    What happens when the bug occurs? When I search for an EA account on the gallery online it comes up with 'no user found'
    What do you expect to see? Builds and sims from ea accounts
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    Whenever I try and find a creator in the EA Account ID in the gallery it comes up with no results found, it happens for every creator I search for. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my game and still nothing works
