[GRO] Milestones are gone when a sim (not currently played) ages up

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.104.58.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? around 80% of the packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play two households ageing on. Play household A with an infant, get some milestones. Switch to household B, play B until infant in A age up. Switch back to household A, and all milestones of the infant are gone.
What happens when the bug occurs? Milestones are gone when a sim ages up.
What do you expect to see? the milestones should still be there
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Milestones are gone when a sim (not currently played) ages up. This affects rotational play.

    @laurenjb028Also rotational players. Milestones of infant *gone when she aged up while not being played. Stil happening in 2024.

    @jimbbq1 You mean you loose already done milestone you got while playing get lost (like OP) or you just never get milestones while you are not playing them ?

    I got milestones while playing the goth household with ageing off. . Then I rotated to another household with aging on. This is when the infant in goth aged up. When I rotated back to the goth the infant is already a toddler. And all her infant milestones are gone.

    @jimbbq1 Does it only happen for the specific scenario when they age up they loose milestones ?

    A lot of milestone issues have been fixed so the exact circumstances are important.

    Are you also using mods/cc like OP ? What platform are you on ?

    @jimbbq1 But if you just switch back and forth without anyone aging up they stay ?

    I think it's best if you create a new thread specifically for aging up while you're not playing them.

    It's unclear what OPs cause is as they never came back + they are using mods.

    Yes switching without ageing seems ok. Let me try to replicate the problem  to be sure !

    Just checked. This problem happens every single time. I removed all mods when checking. Opening a new thread. Thanks.
