I’ve had this issue and it’s driving me NUTS! No mods, repairing the game, resetting to generate all new files — NOTHING WORKS!!

Any time I own a rental and have to go to ANY loading screen, my rental disappears from my owned business menu and I can’t get a new sim to buy the lot because the world view shows the rental as “owned”.

This is INSANE.
