Sims Have A Weird Lean With Certain Interactions

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your sim interact with another sim. Use interactions such as suave kiss, deep conversation, and werewolf spar.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims have a weird leaning when using the interaction that wasn't there before the infant update.
What do you expect to see? The sims not leaning weirdly when interacting with other sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened after the infant update in March 2023.

I had made a post in the general discussions, so I tried to not use the same title. I am still looking for more examples but these are the most obvious ones that I could see.
Edit: I realize all my examples have werewolves but I notice this with non-werewolves as well. This is much more noticeable in werewolf interactions compared to vampires, spellcasters, etc., but I do see the non-werewolves/humans having the same lean for regular interactions like suave kiss. These weird leans do not happen with every interaction, but happen every time with affected interactions.
