Sigh, yet another irritating bug from this For Rent pack, I'm also having this issue as well, placed a residental unit in Henford inplace of the Isle Of Volpe National Park using a mod, converted it to a residental rental unit, decided I don't want it anymore and have tried numerous times to convert it back to a normal residental lot but it just won't do it, even tried converting it back to a national park, but on each reload it just keeps reverting back to residental rental. I have managed to convert another one back to normal residental and it's working ok so far, so this one lot where the national park used to be is being a nuisance now.

The mod I'm using is Zerbu's Venue Changes and it's been working fine everywhere else it's also been updated to work with For Rent, been able to convert other lots back and forth without any issues, it's definatley a bug with the dlc.

I don't think I'll be buying anymore dlcs for this game, it's been non-stop bug after bug with For Rent and I'm getting really fed up with it now.
