[CD] Pets Trigger Auto-Lights

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Current to date - 3/15/23
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have lights set to auto lights and a pet in household.
What happens when the bug occurs? Pets trigger auto lights to turn on and off
What do you expect to see? My pets to not turn lights on and off.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Not sure it's a "bug" per say, and it's been this way since pets were added. The pets will always trigger lights while they're running around the house. It causes a lot of flashing, particularly while in ultra speed when sims are asleep. I don't even know if it can really be adjusted. But it is very bothersome, and if something could be done about it, I would greatly appreciate it.
