[DU] Sims spinning at crest of Britechester bridge

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be active in Britechester and observe Sims walking over the bridge.
What happens when the bug occurs? At the crest of the bridge, most often the side facing the campuses, Sims spin several times before proceeding.
What do you expect to see? Sims to walk over without spinning.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
