Room with custom content not showing in library

I did have pictures I downloaded from the gallery but even when I deleted those, it still said it was CC. I found it was typically a few rooms but I did discover that if I built a room around it, it removed it. And I think I had to move it to ground level before building around it for it to work but it got rid of the wrench in the photo and worked. I don’t have a photo on me and don’t have access to my console till I get home but when you click “save room” in the top and that window pops up where you name the room and whatnot, in the top left corner of the photo preview there’s a wrench there showing it’s custom content even though the room has none in it. Even when I delete the CC from the lot completely, it still comes up as CC unless I build a room around it and save it that way

Maybe it’s because it’s console? Maybe it comes up different unless you’re on console too. I’m not sure how to explain this properly. When I go to save a room on that lot, it’s showing a wrench in that save section where you name the room and whatnot, before you upload it to the library. There’s a preview photo and in that photo, the top left corner, there’s a wrench and when you hover over it it says it has CC even though I’ve deleted all CC from the lot.

i found some rooms saved and I could see them, they didn’t have the wrench. But certain rooms would save and I couldn’t find them in my library, it’s like they are hidden when there’s a wrench in the photo but there’s no CC so I don’t know why it’s registering as though there is. I figured out the workaround of building a room around the room and that removed the wrench and it shows up in my library so I’m not sure what’s happening  

To answer the side question… yes, the gallery hides custom content by default. There should be a checkbox, I think on the left, to show it.

Hi there! So sorry for the late reply. We had a really bad hurricane here in Canada and I was without power. So I moved my Simms to a new lot. Are used a build from the gallery and just made changes. I saved the rooms from the old house and added some of them to the new one and now it’s coming up as custom content again. I know there’s nothing custom in any of the room so I don’t understand why it’s happening but here I have a picture showing you what I see you whenever I try to save a lot. The wrench, and I highlighted it, so you could see what it says. Hope this helps with clarifying. Now, like I said before, I did have custom photos from the gallery in one of the rooms, but I deleted those a while ago.

I read that somewhere, but I looked on that side panel and I can’t find anything like that. I don’t know if it’s different because I’m on console or what. I found the hidden rooms before and now I can’t remember how I found them.

And I just checked by trying to save some of the rooms and every one of them has a wrench coming up saying it’s custom content and the lot gets hidden because of it. I don’t understand why it’s happening when I deleted all custom content.
