[PSP] Temperance wont leave/2 Temperances

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? I cant really answer that since I only play one household with a haunted house
What is your current game version number? 1.81.2.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything up to date (October 3rd 2023)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a household in a haunted house until Temperance appears, try and make her leave with the idol and bonehilda, wait till the next night ..
What happens when the bug occurs? Temperance appears, neither the idol doll nor bonehilda made her leave, she also wouldnt leave when the night ended, the following night another Temperance appeared resulting in 2 Temperances at the house.
What do you expect to see? Temperance to leave either by using the idol, Bonehilda or the end of the night and to not get 2 Temperances 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No, Im on console
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, it has been a while since a I played in a haunted house tho, there have been multiple patches and new packs added inbetween

In the meanwhile, both Temperances disappeared after I traveled and came back.
