[W] Werewolves Randomly Get Skin/Clothing Overlay When Switching Forms

What happens when the bug occurs? The werewolves in beast form will have a random sim's skin/clothing details overlaid on them. It will look like the beast form has clothes and hair painted on them. And their eye color will be that of this random sim.
What do you expect to see? My werewolves not having a weird overlay of a townie in the area.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unsure

I'm not entirely sure how this happens as it is very rare, at least for me. This isn't the first time it has happened, but is the most recent. I was saving my game and walked away from my computer to do something quickly. When I cam back, my werewolf had the skin texture/clothing painted on him that looks like Juniper Grove from Horse Ranch. I tried going to another lot, that didn't work. I tried exiting to manage world and reloading. That didn't work either. When I changed into his other outfits, he had his normal fur texture and such. It's just his everyday wear that is affected. I then tried exiting to menu and reloading my save. My werewolf loaded in properly. As I said, I am not sure as to why or how this happens. I was saving before it occurred.

Edit: I found a case where this affected my werewolf in his human form. This affected his warmer weather outfit. I'm not sure who's skin texture is covering him this time.

I changed the title as it no longer applies solely to the beast form but also the human form.

Edit 2: So, I tried exiting to menu and reloading save and while in-game my sim in his warm weather outfit appears as it should, the profile pic in the outfit choice menu is bugged out. I tried exiting the game and reloading the game. It is still that way. I even tried repairing the game, still bugged. It's not gamebreaking, but it is really bothersome. The only real fix I can see is changing the outfit (for example, putting on a different top). I guess I'll have to do that, but I really like his warm weather outfit....
