[CCSP] [NKSP] Unable to Sell Jewelry on Plopsy

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? PC: 1.105.332.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except FR All stuff packs all game packs except Vampires
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? List your jewelry on Plopsy, It never sells.
What happens when the bug occurs? it won't sell on Plopsy
What do you expect to see? to have the jewelry sell on Plopsy.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

In the new stuff pack, you cannot sell any jewelry on Plopsy.

I did not buy the stuff pack until after the emergency pack was issued on 2/28/24.

I tried a retail shop; it took too much time. 

As an alternative I did a successful outdoor yard sale and that worked fine.  

here's a picture of my Sim having a successful yard sale as a workaround to the Plopsy issue.
