Tummy Time Last Exception

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansion, game, and stuff packs installed as well as most build related kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug occurs every time my adult sims tries to run the "help with tummy time" interaction with their infant. I've been playing on this save for a few months and the error did not occur early on in the save with prior infants. The room the sim is in is small but the interaction has worked in the same space previously.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the adult sim has the tummy time interaction in their queue but is not holding the infant, it cancels without any action. The adult and infant sim both cancel the interaction without any animation or movement. If the adult sim is holding the infant when the interaction is added to their queue, it will put the infant down on its mat like normal but as soon as the infant is set down, the interaction cancels and the adult sim is left standing on top of the infant. The infant, as soon as it is put down, will do a sort of glitched sit to lay down animation even though the infant has no milestones and cannot sit up.
What do you expect to see? I expected to see the adult sim place the infant on the ground, kneel down next to the infant, and run through the tummy time interaction like normal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have included a screenshot of the Better Exceptions notification that pops up when I try to run the interaction. All mods were removed and i confirmed the issue still occurs with zero mods/CC installed. I reinstalled only Better Exceptions in order to get an error report.

Am I able to fix this error or is my save broken?

If my saves broken, would I be able to somehow save my households/builds from this save to start over in a new save?

    @mjc5150 Yeah, save should be fine, it's a neglectable LE that's happening. It seems it glitches easily with Tummy time. There was another user that had a similar issue bit a slightly different LE so it seems fairly commong

    @mjc5150 Please remove ALL your mods (including BE, MCCC and what else you have), then delete the localthumbcache file and all LastException, LastUIExcpetion and LastCrash files you might have.

    Start your game and trigger the error (use a backup of your save for that). Check your doc folder again and upload the vanilla game LE that you're getting.

    Upload that file (either as a rar file or remove the first line of the file to upload or just c/p the text here)

    Also make sure you have enough room to do the interaction.

    Ok, i followed your instructions. Here is the LE after all mods were removed. The only thing in the mods folder at the time of this LE is the resource.cfg file. 

    This time, the adult and infant sims successfully completed the tummy time interaction when the infant was on the ground when I selected the interaction. In the same room, I then had the sim hold the infant and selected the tummy time interaction. That time around, the error was triggered just like before with the glitched animation and cancelled interaction.

    @mjc5150 Do you have lots of room for tummy time ? The LE just indicates that the put down interaction failed. Is the infant already on the floor when you attempt it or does the Sim carry the infant ?

    The sim was carrying the infant when the interaction failed. The room isn't huge but there is plenty of open space to maneuver and earlier in my save with my first infant, the tummy time interaction worked fine in the same room whether the infant was being held or already on the ground. I just tested the interaction in another room and it played normally with the sim holding the infant at the start. 

    So just to confirm, there's not an issue with the game besides it saying there wasn't enough space for the interaction? And my save should be fine?
