[GRO] Infant can't eat finger food that is already on high chair

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all, including growing together
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on high chair, select 'give finger foods to infant' Food will appear. Cancel interaction. Then place infant in high chair. Infant won't eat the food. You can't make the infant eat the food.
What happens when the bug occurs? Infant won't eat finger food.
What do you expect to see? To be able to order the infant to eat the finger food
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I have noticed that when there is already finger food on the high chair, and then you place the infant in the high chair, the infant won't eat it and there is no interaction available to make the infant eat.

The only work-around is to drag the food away and place new finger food.
