So far for me, this is the only quirk that has had the issue. I've had two infants so far with 3 completely different traits from each other, and the 'self-soother' one is the only one that hasn't removed. I also didn't mention it, but it only stays around in actions and pop-ups. It's not still showing as a trait for the toddler in the Simology panel, so I can't delete it from there either.
Here are some photos of the issue as well. I've removed all mods and cc (as well as deleted temporary files that were able to be removed) before which didn't fix it. I tried repairing the game, but that didn't make any change either. It doesn't render the game or toddler unplayable, but it's very weird and annoying for them to constantly distort and have the pop-up appear.
The exact same thing happens to me with the "frequently sneezes" quirk! i aged my infant up through cas so that might be the problem, but it's driving me NUTS
