Yes I have the exact same issue. My sim either takes the infant to the cot or the play-mat, and then gets the ? error above their head.

The sim also cannot do Tummy Time or Practice Standing while holding the infant because an error appears "you can't do this in water".  Can only choose the options if the infant is already on the ground.

    I'm having that same exact issue, but I can't get my infants to practice standing at all.

    @chedeline Just in case you are unaware: There are prerequisite milestones to "practice standing" such as "learned to sit up". Happy simming!
