@haksined To be sure, this is for residential lots, not for apartments or rental residential ?

It sounds a bit like this really old issue although that was for eco windows/doors: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-INPUT-ECO-Doors-and-Windows-don-t-blend-out-in-live-mode/m-p/9204486 but the user said this in the end: Each door which is less than one grid field away from the outer corner of the house will not blend out. .. is this what you are seeing ?

    It initially appeared on my rental lots (which was resolved by loading a later save) but these are 100% residential lots. In my game, the disappearance seems to be in random spots. Every reload of the lot the "problematic spot" seems to be changing. The problem is that is not only one save. If I start a completely new game and load a random pre-made lot the issue is still there (usually the front door does not disappear).

    Here is a photo from Hothotok Shore (residential) Tomarang - the door keeps glitching disappearing and appearing again

    Other than that I just went to random lots around the world to see where the problem is - I went to all the neighborhoods and lots and it keeps happening mostly on residential
