[FIXED] Toddlers can't Use New SDX Lunchbox

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? All the time
What is your current game version number?  1.99.305.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but the Modern Menswear Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a toddler try to interact with the new lunchbox.
What happens when the bug occurs? Toddlers can't interact/grab food from the new lunchbox. 
What do you expect to see? I expect the toddler should be able to interact with the lunchbox as The Sims' tweet said they could
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but I've removed them
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? After installing the Aug 22, 2023 SDX

I am really enjoying the new lunchbox, especially the range of drinks and quick meals available on it, however the follow up tweet about the lunchbox said that sims as young as toddlers can use the new lunchbox, however, the toddler in my saves can't interact with it. Others in the household can (child and up). I tested in a new, never modded (or cc) save and in an existing save (I moved my mods folder out of my The Sims 4 folder for this test).
