I have had reoccurring exceptions whenever I have gone to use the Toddler Changing Table to change a toddler's diaper. This exception does not occur when changing outfits on the table but occurs every single time I change a diaper. I have no mods in game and game has been updated to latest patch.

I have never used mods in the save I tested it on and it was with my active sim, I have now tried replacing the changing table and the error still persists. Thank you for your suggestions! 🙂
Hi! Yes I have multiple Sims throwing the error. I also have deleted and replaced the changing table multiple times to test out different versions of it but all throw the error as well. Thank you again for all your suggestions 🙂

It seems a problem with the toddlers. All three of them.
How were they created (don't know how the scenario works). Did you make the family this way in CAS ?

The toddlers were created in CAS but I have also experienced this issue with toddlers in other saves that are just aged up from infants/babies from pregnancies generated through the game (not related to CAS and not generated from the scenarios. Thank you for all your help again on this 🙂 I agree that it is an issue affecting just toddlers because I have changed infant diapers on the changing table and no exception occurs.
Yes in other saves where no scenarios are running the LE has popped up as well.
I also just had this issue with my infant sim; oddly enough I switched out the changing table for the other one and didn't get the LE so I don't know if it just happens occasionally or just with that changing table.
