[XB] CAS Apply to All button causes hair colour change

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Choose a new hair colour and style for a Sim. Then select a make-up item or nail polish and use Apply to All Outfits.
What happens when the bug occurs? The hair colour changes on it's own for all but the Everyday category. Then by switching to Everyday and back again the Everyday hair colour changes in front of my eyes too. It picks the same colour every time whether a brunette or red head or blonde, it picks the attached shade of light blonde to change to.
What do you expect to see? I expect the hair colour to remain the same and not change on its own.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console never used.

Only female Sims seem to be affected.
After testing it doesn't seem to happen with accessories for me but it's just make up and nails causing the change. I can change the hair colour back again myself and it does work. But if I change the Sims cosmetics it will then give them the same light blonde hair again.
