[CD] Collar disappears in the dogs hair for certain large breeds

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansions, Game Packs, Stuff Packs, Kits Installed. I currently do not own the following: Packs Unowned: Star Wars™: Journey to Batuu Game Pack, Werewolves Game Pack, Riviera Retreat Kit, Cozy Bistro Kit, Goth Galore Kit, Lovestruck Expansion
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Starting a brand-new game by creating a family or just creating a family pet. Choose dog large breed and then put a dog collar on and the collar disappears. Breeds Issues: Border Collie, Collie, American Eskimo, Chow Chow, Great Pyrenees, Huskies
What happens when the bug occurs? The dog mesh goes over the collar mesh. Not sure if this was ment to be like that with certain large dog breeds.
What do you expect to see? The dog collars and even the cat collars should be able to see on the animals neck.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
