Can't evict tenants in the for rent

What is your current game version number? 1.112.481.1030 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Many, including for rent in which the bug occurs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? get a rental unit, get tenants inside, wait for them to break rules, choose the option to "justly evict" them and: 1. If I'm in my property, it does not do anything 2. If I'm in their unit, my sim contacts them, then nothing happens. The tenants stay in the unit although I tried to justly evict them several times and even when my sim directly told them to.

What do you expect to see? I expect that the tenants will leave and the rental unit will be empty
