How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.207.1020 dx9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expension pack : all game pack: all execpt wedding stories, batuu and spa day KIts Stuff packs : crustal creation, home chef, paranormal, nifty knitting, tiny living, moschino, first pet, laundry day, toddler, fitness, vintage glamour, backyard, romantic garden, perfect pation and lucury party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? launch the game -> play -> event pop up (grim reapper) is stuck for only one mission.
What happens when the bug occurs? It's stuck for only one mission, the mission was to gon on the magic world to get a fish (don't know the name in english but in french it's "scalaire" ). Once in the magic world, the pop up desapeared and then, i can't do the mission and i'm stuck. I want' even have the posibility to view what to do. When I click on the grim reaper icon, it shows me the rewards and not the mission.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the mission to complete it and have to get my reward.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Hello ! 

So, I can't finish this week event because my event is stuck. It was when I had the task " go to the magic realm to buy a fish". At the moment when I entered the magic world, my task disappeared and it have not validated it. So now i'm stuck, the mission isnt complated but I cant even do it beacause i d'ont have the mission Anymore. the only thing I can do is looking for the reward when I click on the grim reaper event Icon...

    Similar to this for me.  I just started the event yesterday.  No matter how many times I recieve the ambrosia newsletter and read it (and I have 3 times) it will not validate the task. This might not have been a problem as for a while new tasks appeared anyway that I could work on and gain points, but those have disappeared now, leaving only the wait for newsletter task (I had gotten as far as summoning the grim reaper and planting a lily)  I have no mods equipped and have tried restarting the sims more than once.  (Sorry if I was meant to start a new thread, not used forums like this in the past and am not too familar with protocol.  This seemed quite similar)

    I have the same problem. I'm also playing on my PC and the missions just aren't showing up anymore. I tried restarting the game, creating a new household (because someone said it worked for them), and repairing the game. None of it worked. I don't use mods at all so it can't be that. As for packs I have:

    Expansion Packs: Cats & Dogs, Seasons, Get to Work, Get Famous, Island Living, and Discover University

    Game Packs: Vampires, and Parenthood

    Stuff Packs: Tiny Living, Backyard, My First Pet, Toddler, Movie Hangout, Romantic Garden, Spooky, Paranormal, and Kids Room

    Kits: Desert Luxe

    How did you manage to get the "travel to Magic realm" task to work? I travelled like 10 times and it's still marked as incomplete. Yesterday, while travelling to Magiс realm my tasks disappeared, but I tried to delete that 'accountDataDB.package' file and it worked, but today after restarting the whole week again this task still cannot be completed (the second one did though) ☹️
