What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? EPs: All (including Lovestruck) GPs: All SPs: All (including spooky stuff)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you go into CAS you’ll find it
What happens when the bug occurs? The traits and preferences won’t show up rending it impossible to CAS.
What do you expect to see? You to fix this so the traits and preferences can come back
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Yes after downloading lovestruck and the patch update as everything was working after the 23rd July update.
I’ve tried to uninstall then reinstall only for the same thing to happen, I’ve even tried to repair it three times after removing the CC thinking this would help and it’s still the same, it’s really annoying as without the lovestruck update this would still be working.
