I’m currently having the same issue however it’s just in one household. I have tried other households on the same save file and the bills come and can be paid fine. I’ve tried doing the things that worked for you but my bills still aren’t appearing. Does anyone have any advice?
@sunniekaur1 Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
I’ve tried doing this twice but for some reason it’s still not giving me the option to pay them x
@sunniekaur1 Have you tried the OP's suggestino of replacing the mailbox? Regardless, I'm going to move this to Game Issues.
Yeah I’ve tried multiple mailboxes and the option just isn’t coming up. Everytime I load in it tells me the bills have been delivered and that I have 0 hours to pay them yet no option to.

What concerns me about your report is that all but one household was able to make payments.
There is a bug report thread for people who are unable to pay their bills after the 07/23 update.

In the posts, there are reports that the "Pay Bills" pie menu is displayed but they are unable to make payments, and reports that it doesn't even appear, and there are also reports that only households living in residential rental (tenants) were able to make payments after the hot fix..
Are all of the households that were able to pay residential rental tenants?

I noticed that when I started a new game from scratch I didn't have the problem anymore. It only seems to affect my save files after the last update. This and a few other bugs as well.
I do not own for rent so it wasn’t anything like that. The only difference was that the household which could pay bills was a senario, but it was in the same save file and the broken household. It is the same issue as on the other thread yes.
Yep. Me too. I seem to be getting hit by ALL of the bugs in this free update, but only my old saves. Fresh game works perfectly fine.

I dont want to loose my 2 years old save with lots of achievements and family history......
Yeah, agreed if the only solution is to start a new game then I am finished with Sims 4. Because I have a lot of family history that I would lose
I have the same problem. My sim cannot pay bill. I tryed in the new game also. I dont know what can I do. The problem came after late update, 23 July, the new update did not fix this problem. I have all packs, but I have never had this problem earlier. I asked another sims players and some of them have the same problem. Please, help me!
