[CD] Cooking Pet food Off the Grid fails

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: EA App (formerly Origin)
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? 100% of the time when the file is loaded (if I create a new game not sure if it still occurs)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most except a few kits and pre-ordered the new pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use an off-the-grid stove > cook pet recipe
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim will prepare pet recipe but can't reach the stove and stops making pet recipe
What do you expect to see? Sim able to cook pet recipe on a stove that usable off-the-grid
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No, currently playing without Mods
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure

Hey Simmers, anyone encountered the issue where you aren't able to serve pet recipes on an off-the-grid lot? I am playing one of the challenges related to the chef being on fire and I just moved them to a new lot in Henford but for some reason, I can cook other things besides serving pet recipes. The sim will start preparing the pet recipe then it gets a bubble with an X and can't move to the location. Nothing is obstructing the path to the stove there is only an alarm above the stove and a window next to it. I have tried deleting things and the problem persists. I am not playing with mods at the moment and pre-ordered the new pack.

    @Genuia Do you use an off the grid oven or produce your own energy ?

    I think there might be a bug as there's very little recipes with the off-the-grid ovens and the pet food should probably be greyed out.

    @crinrict I never had an issue with this before, it's one of the stoves from Cottage Living. I tried cooking other recipes using the "cooking off-the-grid" interaction it was fine. Pet food if it's homestyle one requires fish and the other doesn't, can't remember if the gourmet pet recipe requires anything though.
