base game tattoo changes sim skin color

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for the Bust the Dust, Castle Estate, Party Essentials, Riviera Retreat, and Cozy Bistro kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS, go to tattoo category, and choose the pictured tattoo.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim's skin gets a weird overlay, where it gets darker/more red.
What do you expect to see? My sim's regular skintone and the tattoo on their arm.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but I tested both with and without any mods in my game and came up with the same results.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No.

hello, i have a problem in cas with a base game tattoo. it changes my sim's skin color and i didn't notice this until today. i do have a default replacement skin, but i checked with and without mods installed and the tattoo does the same thing no mater what. it makes the sim's skin appear more red until its removed
