No mods or CC. It happened on Hay Hill Landing, Old Ravenwood Estate, Moppy Manor, and The Cozy Casket House. I haven't tried any other lots yet.
Ok, I tried a lot in Glimmerbrook, and it was not happening there. So it's the neighborhood/ new neighborhood lot(s) that are affected; it's not universal.
I played the standard houses at Moppy Manor and The Cozy Casket House. I built a new house from scratch on the Hay Hill Landing. And I used an old build of mine that I've played with before on the Old Ravenwood Estate lot.
I did a repair of the game, and I turned off the online stuff in the settings. That made my game feel a little faster, but didn't change anything.
They were almost all new saves. I think the Moppy Manor and the Old Ravenwood Estate were both the same save. But whenever something happens that annoys me I usually delete the save file and start over.
Moving this to bugs to see if others see this too.
