So my sim picked up the mail and got the next prompt from Reapers reward = read the ambrosia society letter

The problem is that the sim who lived in a penthouse went down with the mail in her hand to talk to her friends outside - while outside I couldn't see that she had the letter in her inventory but then when she went back inside the letter is now gone.

I have searched everywhere and I can't find it at all - will there be a new newsletter or is the reapers reward no longer an option to finish?

I have tried to reload the game and also reload after the latest update but with no luck.

    for those having the same issue - the next day the post was delivered she picked up the mail and poff the ambrosialetter was there so I could continue with the assignments.
