Hot tub water turning green and boiling

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? The latest w/ Life and Death updates
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All hot tubs in game....base ones or cc end up developing boiling green water and it cannot be fixed. The only thing that I can do is keep replacing the hot tubs...but after awhile it just keeps happening.
What happens when the bug occurs? New/replaced hot tub sits as normal at first...then after a few sim days the water turns green and starts to boil...not sure what's happening but there is no option to fix this. All a person can do when it's in this state is delete it.
What do you expect to see? A functioning hot tub.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
