@karis3113  This sounds like a mods issue, probably but not inevitably the result of a broken mod that affects the user interface, e.g. UI Cheats.  So try removing any UI mods you have, as well as any mods by TwistedMexi, and delete localthumbcache.package as well.

If that doesn't help, or you don't have any such mods, move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache (again), and test.
