If your computer runs Windows 10 S though, as opposed to Windows 10 Home or Pro, you can't install any apps not found in the Microsoft Store, and neither Origin nor Sims 4 is there.  So if you want to play Sims 4, you'd need to upgrade to Home, which you can do easily and for free, although you couldn't go back without wiping your hard drive.

However, many computers that come with Windows 10 S installed don't have strong enough hardware to run Sims 4 effectively, and some don't have enough storage to even install it.  If you're not sure whether your computer can handle the game, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
