@Bryonyc06 The higher-end Surface Go would probably run the game, but not well. The processor is weak for Sims 4, the integrated graphics chip is quite slow, and even the 128 GB storage in the better configurations is very little once you install the game and start adding content.
Plus, a Surface Go comes with Windows 10 S, in which you can't download any apps not available in the Microsoft Store (neither Origin nor Sims 4 is there). You could switch to Windows 10 Home for free, but that's one extra hurdle.
There are other options in the same price range that would handle the game fine on medium graphics settings. If you're interested in seeing some options, let me know your budget and country, as well as any other features that matter to you.
