So sorry to hear about the troubles you've been having with your account! If your account was compromised in any way and linked to an account you don't own, you'll want to get in contact with our live support team so they can help make sure everything is properly secured and get the correct Epic account linked up here. We aren't able to assist with this over the forums as we don't have access to any of your specific account details, but the live support team can get this all sorted for you if you submit a help request on the site here. 

When you fill out your help request on the site, make sure you select EA app as the product, then select Manage My Account-> Hacked Account and you should be seeing a live chat option. If you have any troubles getting through to the live support team for help on this, be sure to let me know!
