Re: New expansion packs not showing up in game

@Jenna12307  Please run a search for the folders for each of your new packs that aren't working.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and type in the name of the pack, for example Cats & Dogs is EP04.  You can find the full list here:

Please post a screenshot of the results, making sure that the full file paths show for each entry.  If not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Repeat the process for the other missing pack.
