@kalra1978 If reinstalling doesn't help, please clear the cache for the App:

Repair the game afterwards, if you can: hover over the Sims 4 tile in your game library, click on the three dots, and select Repair.
Once I reloaded the entire game it started working, but now I can't see the gallery anymore and I haven't changed my Antivirus and the sims4 is still listed as an exception, all I have are Red X's over everything since switching from Origin to EA, any idea on how I can fix this.

@kalra1978 I don't know if this helps but I now get a message that I'm not connected do you want to connect? I click connect and the gallery works. hth
