@davina1221 Try zipping the Tray folder before transferring it. Right-click the folder and select Send to > Compressed (zip) file.
If that doesn't help, try transferring the files in smaller batches and let me know whether you can narrow down the source of the error.
Thanks for answering. After posting, I decided to try creating new folders in the tray and I had 9 by the time I finished. I loaded the new 9 folders on the stick and it worked. I then used the stick and was able to get them all on my new computer. I put the new 9 files in the Sims 4 tray folder that was already there and just cut and pasted the files once I put them in the tray and then deleted the 9 file folders that I used for transport. There was the same issue when I tried to resave on a stick for a permenant save, but I just kept the folders on it. Whatever, it did work after a bunch of time working on it. I wanted to post in case someone else had this same issue.
