Re: [Resolved] Game ownership disabled or deleted

Hello, so on March 13th upon logging onto the ea app I noticed that my games (sims 3 and 4) were gone from the installed games tab, still in my library, still installed on my pc. Upon trying to launch the game via their exe I got an error "you have deleted or lost/restricted access to this game" and they provided a link to some troubleshooting page, nothing worked. I tried reinstalling, but after deinstalling I can no longer download them, it gets stuck on prepraring and an error pops up. Contacted ea live chat 3 times, didn't work. I wrote 2 emails, got no response. On the last live chat they told me that "they are working on fixing this bug". I want the games I paid for back, not to be taken from me for nothing. I also checked my ban history - clean slate.

  • As I said in the message, I have spoken via live chat to no avail. My emails that I send also aren't answered after 3 days

    If you have multiple cases open for the same issue @ktostam1764 then our team may close any duplicates.
