Re: Sims 4 DLC key not working

I purchased high school years, redeemed the code, but it did not download and just disappeared from my account. I've repaired ea app, logged in and out, restarted my pc etc and nothing happens.

It does not appear on "manage add-ons" on too.

When I go to play the game, on the home screen, it's showing as purchased - and telling me I need to download it to use! Ive attached screenshots.

I just want to play my pack!!
