Is your Steam account connected to the same EA Account you're using to sign into Origin? If you start up the game in Origin are you able to see the coins you added?

yes, it's connected. Unfortunately, i deleted apex from origin as it takes a lot of space.
Hi i am having a the same problem (purchased 6,700 coins), and didnt recieve them. But I have never had an origin account, only steam. any pointers?
I as well had an issues as well as Barry here around the exact same time I don't understand what might of happened. I even tried installing it through origins and it didn't work, waste of time and Wi-fi. I Just wanted some apex packs Homie ☹️
