I believe this was addressed a few hours after your post. If you try the codes again now, do they work?

    No, unfortunately all the level up codes are being counted as "already redeemed".

  • @EA_David I'm having the same problem on PC. I delayed to request my codes until the new battle pass started. The in-game store accepted my codes but no levels.

    Please help.
  • @EA_David I'm having the same issue too on PC (Origin). I delayed requesting all 12 of my Monster Energy battle pass level up codes until roughly 4 hours after the new season launched then redeemed them through the apex legends in-game store. All codes displayed a "Successfully Redeemed" message but no battle pass levels were granted.
  • I'm having the same issue, almost exactly as described above.

    I cannot reenter the code, because it says it's already been redeemed.

    I also cannot regenerate a new code from the monster/apex promotion site, because it says I've already used the code.

    It does seem like the code "worked" in every way aside from Apex actually updating with the additional Battle Pass levels.

  • @EA_David The Monster Energy campaign site will not reissue codes, but when I first noticed the problem I tried to re-enter the code that was still remaining as the last thing I had copy-pasted and the shop said that the code had already been used.

    Hoping for a quick resolution. Thank you.

    Where was it addressed?

    Also, we can't re-enter the codes.  Doing so gives the error that they've already been redeemed. 

    Also, if we didn't record them somewhere, we no longer have access to them, as the Monster/Apex site won't show a code that has been used.

  • Hi, it's been a couple of days and this problem still hasn't been addressed.

    Could you let us know what actions are being taken?

  • @EA_David Hi David, the one week anniversary of this thread is tomorrow!

    I appreciate all the badges that I have accumulated through this thread, but what I really would like is for our problem to be addressed.

    I know you can do it and we are all counting on you!

    Looking forward to seeing this fixed.
