Hello @Hunterkill_crw3!

Try clearing the Xbox One's system cache by following these steps:

1) Turn off console and unplug everything. Keep the console off until the power brick's light is completely off.
2) Plug the console back in and turn it on
3) Connect back to Xbox Live

Also try these two things on your Xbox One:


Clearing Persistent Storage: Go to Settings > Disc and Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear it out twice.

Clearing Alternate Mac Address: Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear & reboot console.

    I, too, am having this issue. My copy of BF Hardline is a trial version from the EA Vault. I have switched the mains off, unplugged the large box thing and have reset the blu ray thingy majig and the mac address... no cigar.

    I have also contacted Xbox Support about this and they had me do the same instructions, reinstall the game and when that failed, they asked me to install a free game to see if that would work. It worked perfectly, but I have not heard from Xbox support since.

    Any other info that might be able to help me?
