2142 dosent launch at all on my windows 10 laptop, only windows 8.1

Did you try running compatibility mode?

yes and it didnt work but it started working after waiting 1 week. i dont know why

new problem, it crashes any time i try to run the game with the mod installed, i have the latest version of the game

Post something to the Dethklokclan.net website you will get a ton of people that have Win 10 and can address specifics with that OS.. I use WIn 7 so I dont even know on Win 10 what works and what does not.. Come join the party man.. We had 43 people in game yesterday which is the max since The Great Gamespy Shut Down of 2015.. lol

When you get to the login window it should say the version on the bottom of the login window..

UPDATE: Goto Battlelog.co . There is a community game fix there. We get 2-5 full servers daily.. Come check it out..  There are players that play using WIN 10... FYI The last EA official patch is 1.51... 

followed all Battfield2142.co instructions. Created account and logged in okay. When game launches, it crashes straight back to the hub.

Any ideas? Tried all the usual fixes you can Google... generic singleplayer, remastered game, video driver update, etc
