BF4: Missing Campaign Weapons (Machete, P90, M249, QBZ-95-1)

Upon completing all  three endings for the campaign, those being Peace Maker, Final Duty, and To Valhalla, I still have not received the weapons. I also have not received the Machete  from the mission that it requires and theses are the only weapons I am having problems with. Now before I get the same responses from the countless other forum posts I have read.

Yes I have waited 7+ Hours after completing

I have deleted and redownloaded the game

I have completed all the endings in a specific order

And Yes I have contacted EA support

Upon contacting I was told to post on a forum and wait for a Community Manager to see the post and resolve the issue. The EA support team is unable to resolve the matter due to the new tools not being able to be used on older games. So this post is mainly to HOPEFULLY get the attention of a Community Manager to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Also note that this is on PS4 and not a PC or XBOX issue that I am dealing with.
