Re: battlefield 4 age rating

Just to touch upon this thread again - we're considering this game as a Christmas present, but have noticed that it has now been formally rated as PEGI 18 on all of the websites that we've seen, but we're aware that Battlefield 3 (which our son has), was only rated PEGI 16.

Can someone explain why BF4 is considered worse / more violent / more sweary or whatever it is that has increased it's PEGI rating from 16 to 18, so that we can make an appropriate decision?
