What did you request, to who (Google is what I'm assuming, but you're posting to EA which doesn't seem the best place to ask since it sounds like your issue is with google if my assumption is correct).

The summary of the video is since you do not hold the copyright to record the footage for profit, you would have to partner not with YouTube but with a gaming network like FullscreenArcade, Yogscast, Machinima, RoosterTeeth, etc... who uses a portion of your profits to pay for the license to allow you to post video game footage.
