"Connection to EA Timed out" BF1/BFV

I've Been having this error for a while now in both BF1 And Bfv which is when i try to play online/multiplayer it gives error "connection to ea timed out" Support said it was a network error because of the message but i'm pretty sure it's not i have a 1.2 G Network speed And a 221.81 Download plus a 235.61 Upload speed. I used "tracert http://www.ea.com with Cmd And it said my latency was 5 So i don't know what the problem is. I've tried using a VPN which works but it makes the game very laggy with high latency My normal latency in games is around 10-30 Can anyone help?
