Re: Need Refund For BF2 bought on Amazon

Hi @l007lex Thanks for the image, I've moved our post over to the Battlefield boards. 

Battlefield 2 is one of our older titles, to confirm we have shut down servers for BF2 on June 30, 2014. For information on servers that have been shut down, you can check out our Service Update page here

We can try going through the following troubleshooting steps if you are trying to install or launch the game.

However, if you want a refund instead you will need to speak with Amazon (or the seller on Amazon) for further assistance, as we can only assist with refund requests for orders made through the EA app (or ea.com)

Please note these are for purchases through Origin/EA App, If you purchased the game through a retailer or another platform you will want to reach out to whoever you purchased the game from for further assistance.

  • Realize this is resolved, but as it's related to an Amazon purchase: there is no reason Amazon will not refund the product.  Just call them or open a chat.  The seller, whomever it was/is, should be specifically stating that multiplayer does not work, if not, Amazon should do something about it as in shut that item sale page down if not remove that seller completely.
